Amazing care to each detail. The owner was incredibly polite and warm. The coffee was the best one I've had so far in Finland. They care a great deal about their culture and traditions. The rooms are incredibly clean and practical too. I went with the students of UEF and we were met with warm hospitality. (I wasn't a customer).
This hotel was a great experience! Everything worked nicely, the service was friendly, the room comfortable (it even had a washing machine and perfect small kitchen!). I had 2 dogs with me and the dogs were also welcomed and the room included bowls & small towels for them. :)
Excellent location near the middle of town along a picturesque river and park. Nice efficient room designs with a small kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Very good breakfast including local pastries, oatmeal and berries, eggs and smoked salmon. They have a very nice sauna facility that you can reserve for your private use. The staff is also very welcoming and helpful. I've stayed there twice for a week each time and highly recommend it.
