Used by a family of 5. It's stylish and very comfortable. I wish the bathroom was a little easier to use. I thought. It would have been nice if there was water in the fridge.
We used this hotel on a family trip. The staff were very helpful and friendly when we called. The interior is also very stylish. However, the parking lot is a bit difficult to get in and out of. The street is quite busy. The kids were very happy.
I made a reservation and had a question so I inquired through LINE, but the message just went unread and I haven't received a reply even after two days. When I called I was directed to LINE and couldn't get through. Making inquiries through LINE is also very inconvenient (if you send a message containing certain words you get an automatic reply that picks up on those words), which is disappointing as I was really looking forward to staying at the hotel based on the information on their website. I was worried that if I couldn't get in touch with them this much, they wouldn't be able to help me if I had any trouble during my stay, so I cancelled my reservation.
