Hotel management is pretty good. We did not have hryvnia on us and the hotel management charged us as we requested. Everything is very good and the staff is very caring
Very nice hotel in a very nice place , very helpful staff
We booked a room through booking, in the photo the room was beautiful and the bed was big. When we arrived we were given another room and instead of a big bed, there were two beds, like one, the pillows were terrible, the towels were not very clean, there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. We did not like this hotel, it was just awful!
