From October 20 to 26, 2024, I went back to Taiyuan, Shanxi to visit my relatives and stayed at Lihua Hotel. During the period, the hotel staff was friendly and the service quality was excellent, which left me with a deep and good impression. From October 17 to 22 this year (2025), I took my children back to Taiyuan to visit my relatives again. Because of the pleasant experience of staying last year, we did not hesitate to choose Lihua Hotel again. This time, the service quality not only maintained the usual high standard, but also showed more delicate and attentive. It is particularly worth mentioning a special experience: because I had to catch an early flight back to Taiwan, I had to arrive at the airport early in the morning to check in. After I reported to the hotel, I learned that although the hotel provides airport pick-up and drop-off services, it has not yet started operating in the early morning. After Mr. Shi Baoping, the concierge supervisor of the front office department, understood our needs (going to the airport at 5:30 in the morning), he actively coordinated with the driver Mr. Rong Yongwang to arrange the airport drop-off itinerary. Mr. Shi Baoping not only took the initiative to contact us and informed us of the airport drop-off arrangements in detail, but what was even more touching was that at 5:25 in the morning on the day of the drop-off, the car was already waiting at the hotel entrance on time. Mr. Shi showed up in person and delivered a thoughtfully prepared breakfast. This delicate care touched me and my family, and we returned to Taiwan smoothly. The customer-oriented service spirit of Lihua Hotel is unforgettable. When I visit Taiyuan again next year, Lihua Hotel will definitely be my first choice. Hotel 5 stelle in Taiyuan. Immensa struttura tipica cinese traboccante di lusso. Marmi dovunque. Si potrebbe scambiare per un hotel Dubai. Le camere sono molto spaziose con tutti i confort. Bagno altrettanto grande sia con vasca e con doccia molto pulito. La colazione viene offerta in un immenso salone ma è solo salata per noi europei e soprattutto italiani non vi è nulla.Unica pecca che uscendo hai necessità di trasporto perché non riesci ad andare in nessun luogo a piedi.
