The hotel is very clean, very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious but an aspect which needs improving is the cleaning. We asked to have the room cleaned but instead of doing it they simply changed the towels. The room needed vacuuming because there was sand everywhere. Another aspect was the hot water which was cold, although we were accommodated on the second floor. And another aspect-the breakfast was rich but cheap. There very very few options for vegetarian. And the parking was another aspect-few places for too many cars.
A great hotel with good food and comfortable rooms. We'll definitely come back here again. The bartender girl from Ukraine was very kind and pleasant, we didn’t even want to leave the bar. We’ll be back
Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not a 4-Star Experience We recently stayed at Lilia Hotel in Golden Sands, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what was promised or expected of a 4-star hotel. To start, we had booked sea view rooms, but upon arrival, we were given standard rooms. Only after calling the agency did we manage to get what we had paid for. The hotel appeared to have overbooked, which is unacceptable. The quality of food was very poor throughout the stay. It was repetitive, lacked variety, and worst of all, I got food poisoning on the last day. This raised serious concerns about food hygiene and safety standards. The parking situation was also a mess. It’s not free – it costs 20 leva per day, and you’re expected to reserve a parking spot a month in advance, which is not clearly communicated beforehand. Very inconvenient for guests traveling by car. As for the amenities, there were not enough sunbeds, which meant many guests had nowhere to sit by the pool. The “all-inclusive” package was misleading, with limited options and poor service. Overall, this hotel does not meet 4-star standards – it’s more like a 2-star establishment. I would not recommend this hotel and won’t be returning. The management needs to seriously rethink their service quality, transparency, and facilities. Ps. I left a photo with the sea view . ;)
