Huge rooms. More of apartments than rooms. These type of hotels are quite rare these days. Great for families. Ahmed who works there was particularly helpful in suggesting trips and things to do around the city. Nice that some of the staff speaks Arabic. Helpful for non Turkish speakers. Other staff speak English as well. Oh and the skylux restaurant is amazing
We spent 2 nights here which attending a friend's wedding in Bursa. All the staff were so warm and friendly, particularly Merve and Bulant. They made us feel right at home and we had lovely conversations at different times during the trip. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and facilities and look forward to visiting once again. The rooftop restaurant is such a visual treat for views! Highly recommend this hotel to all visiting Bursa.
Excellent place to stay within easy walking distance of all the sights/ sites in Bursa. Friendly and helpful service, and we were given an upgrade to a bigger room. A special thanks to Kardeler on reception. Would be even better if the amazing Café on the 16th floor, with its incredible views, served alcoholic drinks.
