Good value for money overall. The rooms are comfortable and the food is very good, which makes the stay pleasant. Drinks, however, are on the lower quality side and could definitely be improved. A big highlight was the Carreta bar – the bartender there was fantastic, very attentive and friendly, really adding to the experience. What I also appreciated is that the staff are proactive; whenever you ask for something, they try to solve it quickly. That gives a positive impression of the service. In my opinion, the hotel feels more like a solid 4 star experience. Maybe the reviews I read before coming raised my expectations a bit too high. Still, if you consider the price paid, it’s a good choice for a relaxing holiday.

First time here and we loved it! the hotel is perfect for my older teens with endless things to do, parties, foam, evening entertainment. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, checking in often and making sure we had a great time. Especially loved the white and gold party and the pool party. Shout out to Jamal who is brilliant fun. Food was top notch, always somewhere open to eat. Lots of variety. We loved the cabanas and had a boat trip too. So so great. I hope we can come again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! One of the highlights of our vacation was the amazing animation team, especially in the mini club. A big thank you to animator Zlata for all the positivity and emotions she shared with the kids. Our daughter is still thrilled about the face painting — she didn’t even want to wash it off! The activities, games, and evening shows were fantastic. The animators were so friendly and full of energy. Highly recommended for families with children!
