Limak Atlantis De Luxe Hotel & Resort All Inclusive

We just got back from our vacation in Turkey, and we are still in awe! Our stay at your hotel exceeded our expectations! Every evening was an incredible experience! We would like to express our gratitude to the animation team for their incredible energy and creativity. The pool parties and main stage performances were simply amazing! The music, the dancing, and the contests kept everyone, from children to adults, entertained and happy. Not a moment of boredom after sunset! The area is beautifully landscaped and clean.The comfortable sandy beach is not far from the room. The food is very varied and delicious! There was always something to choose from, even for the most picky guest. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful, with a nice view. The staff was polite, helpful, and willing to assist with any questions. It's great that the mini club is so interested in children. The vacation was vibrant, full of activities, and very fun! If you enjoy outdoor activities, good music, dancing until you drop, and are looking for a place with really cool entertainment, this hotel is perfect for you! I especially recommend it to those who appreciate the work of talented animators – they are true masters of their craft!

The hotel is perfect for a family vacation, there are a lot of activities for both adults and children. The food is diverse, the rooms are spacious, everything is clean and well organized. We definitely enjoyed our time here. Honorable mention to Memy for always being lively and outgoing towards all guests, which we appreciated a lot.

Just Returned – Mixed Experience We’ve just returned from our stay and while there were a few positives overall the experience fell short of expectations. The weather was fantastic, and both the beach and pier areas were excellent—definitely the highlights of our stay. However, the location is very isolated. There are no nearby shops or restaurants, so you're reliant on taxis to get to Belek and the hotel shop which of which is expensive compared to local shops. We were aware of this beforehand, but it’s still something to consider. The reception staff were generally unwelcoming and could benefit from some basic training in customer service and manners. In contrast, the entertainment team were friendly and did a good job of keeping guests engaged. As for the food, it was adequate but repetitive. A bit more variety would have gone a long way. One of the biggest frustrations was the sunbed situation. There simply aren’t enough in the right locations of sun all day (we don't like shade) and they’re crammed together with parasols etc that can’t be moved easily as the sun shifts. To make matters worse, guests were reserving beds early in the morning and often not using them for hours. Staff should enforce a policy to remove towels from unused beds—many other guests we spoke to shared this view. It's an issue that seriously impacts the experience and should be addressed. Another negative was the room air conditioning, we found the cooling not the best through night in the peak of summer. I could leave it on all night full speed and still wake up due to the heat. For a 5* hotel not good. We queried this with reception and were told it was the "demand on the system, busy period" no options to move rooms for potential better location. If you're a beachgoer, there are plenty of loungers available down by the shore, which might suit some visitors better. Overall, we won’t be returning. We’re frequent visitors to Turkey and thought we’d try a new location, but this one just wasn’t for us. There are far better value resorts along the southern coast—especially considering this hotel is not cheap. Genuinely surprised by all the high score reviews.
