I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety. The hotel is huge, so there’s always something to do—you never get bored. There are so many pools with beautiful views, and the mountain scenery is just breathtaking! What made the experience even better was the incredible service. Everyone working at the hotel was super kind and always ready to help. One person who really stood out was Rabieh at the guest reception—she was so helpful throughout our stay. The best part is that she speaks Arabic, which made everything much easier to understand and communicate. Highly recommended

We were very satisfied with all the services at this hotel, especially the service provided by the waiters and bartenders at the bars. They were always nice and helpful. All the drinks were great, and the food was excellent. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone. This was my first personal experience with Turkish people, Turkish hotel services, and Turkish culture. The Turks are amazing, they really know how to do things right. And Turkish music is simply perfect. I was glad I could listen to it here. The highest rating is absolutely well deserved.

From the moment I checked in, Elchin and Melek went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. They were not only professional and efficient, but genuinely kind and attentive. Whether it was recommending local attractions, assisting with a last-minute request, or simply checking in to see how my day was going, Elchin and Melek brought a personal touch that made a big difference. In today’s world, great customer service is rare — but Elchin and Melek are shining example of what hospitality should be. They truly made me feel like a valued guest, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. I hope the hotel recognizes what a gem they have in them. I will definitely be returning to this hotel, and I’ll be recommending it to friends and colleagues as well.
