This is our second time coming to your hotel. The location, food, drinks, and animation team—everything is excellent. Both times, we were completely satisfied with all the hotel facilities and had a great time during our stay. In the animation team, Ms. Sepideh is very active and has a very kind and friendly attitude towards all the guests. Thank you for your excellent service. We hope to visit your hotel again in the future.

I recently stayed at Limak Limra Resort for five nights and six days, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations for a five-star resort. I had booked a seaside room but was given a room far from the sea with no view. When I asked the reception about this, they simply told me to contact my agency, which was frustrating and felt like a lack of care. Another major downside was the resort's service. While sitting at the bar, we waited a long time with no staff taking our orders. I understand busy times, but the lack of attention to guests was noticeable. While not all staff were like this, some definitely gave the impression that they were not interested in providing good service. The resort's location is beautiful, and there is potential for a great stay, but the service and room mix-up really impacted my overall experience. For the price, I expected more attention to detail and better customer service. I am giving it two stars based on my stay.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon so a once in a lifetime time experience. To be honest wasn’t even first choice we was put here as our hotel was closed due to renovations. We looked at the hotel online and it looked amazing sadly we are her for 2 weeks we wanted to go home after day one due to the hotels selling points being closed for “winter” in 26 + heat? The only pool open was heated so had no form of cooling down the water park closed the beach pear wasn’t even up as per the pictures online and it’s not even sand again like shown on the pictures it’s actually a stone beach! The staff are extremely rude and dismissive my partner ordered a drink and because they didn’t know how to make it they completely ignored him and moved on to the next customer. There was a school here for the first week for an event so the disco was shut off so we couldn’t even use it and these children were running the halls at night screaming running up and down all night no security did anything about that. The food is awful they serve the same thing everyday and it gave me really bad belly and sickness I wouldn’t even feed the food to my dogs currently been eating chips for the past 2 weeks like a fussy child. The cleaners don’t come to your room I’ve had to ask reception more than once to get them to come and replace towels etc. the one pool open is heated and is full with no where to sit because it’s small. Not to mention the night activities all not on because it’s winter. They advertised entertainment in the posters for live singers and they was barely on. Honestly £1800 pound for nothing we spent half the time in the room sleeping, if it wasn’t for the excursion selling from Irena and her partner we would have gone home on day 1. I WOULD 100% NOT recommend coming here. I’ve never had this level of shit service in my life. Just to add aswell in this winter period just to remind you it’s 26+ degrees and they will not allow air conditioning because it is apparently too cold to allow it on I’m an adult and should be able to decide for my self when I would like to put cold air into my room. The hotel looks really nice I would say the hotel looks are a 5* but the facilities and service make it a push at 3* It has made me never want to explore turkey again. We leave this hotel Monday and I can not wait to go home
