Really central location and with connecting walkway to Limketkai Mall. A lot of our Muslim brothers and sisters checking in, probably coming from their Haj. Bed and pillows smell good, towels were fluffy, breakfast buffet was adequate, halal section separate from area that serves bacon. Breakfast area can get congested though, I found seating at the function room. Checkin was a breeze, I arrive half past 12 and was able to secure a room immediately, no deposits needed. Will definitely consider staying here again.

My family and I (husband and two daughters) stayed at Limketkai Luxe Hotel for one night over the weekend. From the outside, the hotel gives a classy and upscale impression, which initially set high expectations. However, upon entering, I couldn't help but feel a bit underwhelmed—especially when comparing it to Seda Hotel, where we've had better overall experiences. We paid for an extra bed and breakfast for our 10-year-old daughter, but when we arrived, the extra bed wasn't set up yet, which was inconvenient after a long day. More surprisingly, there were *no bath towels* provided in the room at all. I had to call housekeeping just to get them, which was unexpected for a hotel of this standard. While the rest of the room amenities were complete (toiletries, slippers, iron and ironing board, coffee, water, etc.), missing towels really took away from what could have been a 10/10 on readiness. The room itself showed signs of wear. The wallpaper was peeling at the corners, the pillows were already quite worn out, and the bidet holder in the bathroom was broken. Small details like these really make a difference in the overall comfort and impression. That said, there were some positives. The pool was nice and well-maintained, and the buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I especially appreciated the thoughtful separation of pork and non-pork dishes—*alhamdulillah*—which is important for Muslim guests like us. It’s good to see that the hotel is mindful of dietary requirements, given the number of Muslim travelers they cater to. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I do hope they improve on the small (but crucial) details—especially when they’re aiming to present themselves as a luxury hotel.

The experience was okay, but definitely not one of a 5-star hotel. I’ve been in many 5-star hotels in Manila and Limketkai Luxe just can’t keep up. For starters, the rooms are good considering the price range. Service and hospitality is fine, though they’re not as welcoming and staff need more training. The breakfast is average, I even prefer Seda Hotel’s breakfast over this. No complementary, exclusive and guarded parking. This is a big one for me. You have to park across the road and cross the street to park, and it’s not even free anymore. Should I also insert that it’s not a covered carpark? Overall, I would gladly accept this as a 4-star hotel as it once was. But a 5-star one? No, not really.
