We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, and we were lucky to get a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even better. We had a beautiful view of the lake, which we enjoyed from our balcony. The spa and pool area were excellent, a perfect way to relax after a long day. Breakfast was quite good, with enough variety to start the day well. Overall, everything was very good, and we would be happy to stay here again!
Nice rooms, nice service, amazing food. Came for the ASF festival, with a family, and we enjoyed it. We had a accident with "flying towel", but stuff was understandable and helped quickly ✨ Pool is amazing, it is really big and even though hotel was full, there was plenty of space for everyone to swim. There is one more pool for kids. Bar there is also amazing. Highly recommend 🫶🏻
Mixed impressions. It feels like this used to be a truly excellent hotel, but now it’s slowly losing its former glory. Pros: • The grounds are beautiful, with a stunning view of the lake. • Convenient and picturesque location. • The suite with a lake view is spacious, with a soft mattress, a safe, and a mosquito screen on the balcony. • There is a gym available. • Breakfast isn’t very diverse, but sufficient to find something for everyone. Cons: • The hotel feels neglected signs of wear and broken elements are noticeable here and there. • The spa has a great view, but the windows are dirty, which takes away from the overall experience. • The shower in the room had mold on the ceiling, and the balcony had rusty, broken chairs. • Breakfast is served only in one building, so if you’re staying in the other, you have to walk over. It’s an odd logistical decision. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it clearly lacks attention to detail and regular maintenance. If these issues were addressed, the impression would have been completely different.
