Lincoln Downs Resort Batemans Bay

We arrived in the rain and dark to a warm welcome and open fire. They made it easy to check in, find the room, which was spacious, clean and comfortable and make a last minute dinner reservation, even though the restaurant was full. This gave us an opportunity to have a glass of Prosecco in the comfortable leather chairs by the fireplace. There was never a feeling of being too busy for us - instead they were accommodating, friendly and offered gratefully received dinner recommendations (they were right, it was delicious). After a great night sleep, we got to watch swans, ducks and ducklings on the lake giving us a gentle way to ease into another day of driving. Checking out to the smell of coffee and a “we’ll take care of it” set us on the road calm, relaxed and with memories we weren’t expecting. Thank you so much.

Thank-you so much for such a great experience. Staff were very kind and hospitable. Fair priced accommodation - Food was to die for! We paid more for our dinner in the restaurant than the actual rooms we stayed in. Beautiful motel and location with a nice walk close by to the jetty. Tennis courts with free rackets to use and a pool, unheated but would be great in summer. Only put 4 stars as there was little ventilation in the bathroom - there was no switch for a fan and so after a shower when we opened the bathroom door, the steam set off the fire alarm - easy to turn off and no big deal at all for us just a very loud surprise for us and our neighbours. 😶‍🌫️🫣🚨

Rooms are clean and fresh. Beds are comfortable....no lumpy/sagging mattress. Shower is amazing. Price is very reasonable (we did visit in Winter) Nice and close to everything in Batemans Bay Will definitely stay again. Both of us were impressed with this resort.
