My son and I stayed here about a month ago, and I loved everything about this place. The minute we walked in, we were warmly greeted and taken care of immediately. The only issue we had with our room (sink drain issue), they fixed it right away. We ate at the restaurant twice and had amazing service and delicious food and drinks. The breakfast was awesome! We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked really nice. Every single person working here was so friendly and helpful. I was sad to leave this place. I hope I can return to London eventually and come back here.
I have been meaning to do a review for sometime after an AMAZING stay here back in February 2025! Gorgeous hotel with lovely friendly staff! I was checked in pretty late at night by a lovely pretty girl called Hani, very petite but that did not stop her offering to help me with my very heavy bags and suitcase! She kindly upgraded me to a bigger room, which was beautiful! Breakfast was also gorgeous, the staff were so helpful with directing me to tube stations and places of interest! Thanks again for a memorable stay, I will be coming again when I next visit Canary Wharf! Outstanding 5 STAR STAY! P.S Great pool & gym facilities also!
The staff are all so welcoming and especially our thanks to Aalyan. The hotel is modern, with a clean fresh feel, the room was a good size and bed super comfy. The Gym, Wetroom & Sauna was an added Bonus, unfortunately the Sauna was not at temperature however staff are always so quickly to try and get any issues resolved. Would definitely stay again.
