Lindner Congress Hotel Cottbus

I have stayed in this hotel before and loved it every time. The rooms are spotless, well equipped, and comfy, and the food is absolutely fantastic at quite reasonable prices. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. The staff were very attentive. The internet connection worked faultlessly. The location is very convenient and central. The one thing I do regret is that the newly refurbished suites are not equipped with a desk any longer. I liked the desk for doing some work in the room during the day, but probably too few guests used them and thus the managers decided to stop equipping suites with a desk. We will stay there again next time we go to Cottbus.

Even my Last Minute Booking was not that expensive and all in all it was a fair deal. The rooms are Clean and nicely tempered, all the employees I met were professional and friendly. The Lounge next to the entrance is a good place to have a cold Beer After Work, even though that is quite expensive. Anyway the town is right next to the hotel and there you can find nice Restaurants and affordable drinks.

Actually beautiful hotel with a great view but managed a bit poorly. One Coffey machine and two very slow elevators for 14 floors times 20 rooms. No coffey with soy or any not milk alternative. Breakfast ok. Great location. Nice city. Staff is very nice but you can see they are saving on the wrong things.
