Lindner Hotel Frankfurt Main Plaza Part of Jdv by Hyatt

The hotel is quite generous at offering upgrades. In case a complimentary upgrade is not possible, they have low upsell rates for upgrades, which are worth it. The view from some suites is good. Some staff members (sorry, forgot their names) are excellent. The hotel does not have a dedicated guest laundry but might allow you to use the washers & dryers used by Lindner Residences (some floors have apartments managed by the hotel) residents. The GM is also quite responsive.

Overall a good and enjoyable experience. The floors in our room were very scratched and the other thing was they didn't give us enough seating. Also the restaurant dinner food was lacking. Breakfast was AMAZING probably the best I ever had. Service was good, sauna was also great.

The worst Hyatt stay I've ever had. Surprised this is considered 4 star. Our room wasn't available until 1 hour after check-in, the staff were not friendly or thorough. The room did not appear clean, there were bugs in the room when we arrived. There was no hand soap in the bathroom (it was shampoo). The air conditioning did not work (32 degrees C today in Frankfurt), so I opened a window in the evening; more bugs flew in because there aren't screens on the windows. Only 2 flat pillows on the bed. The rooms were very dated and the elevator was very slow. Only good things I can say about this hotel is that it's in a nice location and the room was large.
