Lindner Hotel Oberstaufen Parkhotel Part of Jdv by Hyatt

The hotel is in a quiet part of town adjacent to a beautiful park. We had a balcony room and the balcony was one of the biggest we have ever had with a view to the park and hills beyond. The staff was great and made some fantastic dinner recommendations. It was nice having access to the pool and sauna directly from the elevator without having to go through the lobby. Breakfast had a great selection. Would love to return for a longer visit!

The hotel is built in a serene and therapeutic environment. It's over 35 years but the details of the woods, design, and style are fantastic. The parking is right in front of the hotel. There is a huge kids' play area just next door and a supermarket. We stayed there with our two-year-old Twins and they enjoyed every bit. We had the most spacious room 220, My eyes were so big from the moment I stepped into that room. It had two balconies, a living room with a TV and dining area, two bathrooms and a toilet, a jacuzzi, and a connecting door for those with bigger families. We also got two kids' beds. The dinner was Fantastic with an open buffet for starters and a menu for Maincourse. There was also a kid's Menu which worked well. The breakfast selection was amazing with Egg Station being A la’ minute. The waiters were so kind and always at our service. We visited the pool area with kids and we all got stuck in the jacuzzi and had an amazing time. We went on a rainy day and we had a lot to do. Imagine going on a sunny day.

I I had a reservation at Lindner Hotel Oberstaufen booked months in advance. Just two weeks before my stay, they canceled it! See the message I received below. This is unacceptable. My confirmed reservation is now worthless, and I’m left scrambling for new accommodations at a higher cost—with no help, no compensation, and no accountability.
