Charming but Imperfect Stay Rating: 4/5 Check-in & Communication: Reception was friendly, but the hotel’s only listed phone number doesn’t work — making it impossible to confirm our dog’s stay in advance. Staff were aware but offered no solution, which was frustrating. Dog-Friendliness: The website shows a large poodle with a comfy dog bed and bowls waiting at arrival, but this didn’t reflect reality. We had to ask twice (at check-in and again later) before finally receiving two basic metal bowls. The receptionist originally said there were none, but after some persistence, he returned with six and let us take two. No dog bed was provided. Dogs aren’t allowed in the main breakfast room, but there’s a separate dining area just behind reception where dogs are welcome. Room & Comfort: We stayed in Room 222, which had a beautiful view of the coastline. The room was very spacious, with two bedside tables (with drawers), a large desk, a big wardrobe, and a sitting area with two chairs and a small table. Bathtub only (no walk-in shower), but strong water pressure and a powerful hair dryer. Robes and slippers included. Breakfast: Breakfast was nice and included in the stay. Scrambled and hard-boiled eggs were part of the buffet, and you could order a specialty egg dish if you preferred. A great start to the day. Vibe & Location: The hotel clearly had a luxurious past. It now shows signs of age — cracks, rust, chipped paint, dated decor — but still holds charm. Comfortable overall with good amenities. Short walk to the beach Café, restaurant, and pizzeria right next door / Hotel restaurant temporarily closed Despite a few hiccups, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it — just come prepared if you’re bringing a dog.

It‘s an okay hotel overall. The spa & pool area was nice, the staff was friendly, but there were problems with my room. My towel had a hole, the hairdryer didn’t work, but it smelled burnt when i turned it on and the shower flooded the whole bathroom because some piece didn’t fit right. The staff, when asked, where to go to eat, only suggested their own restaurant and the breakfast was okay, but things weren’t labeled, so you had to guess at what it was. However, the proximity to the beach was the most important thing for us and you really can‘t beat that.

Location was good, very close to the beach , service personal at breakfast was very nice but the standards did not meet a 4*hotel. Spa and wellness area didn’t even offer water or tea. Breakfast was ok but expected much more. Room was big but very old and next door is a big construction area which is pretty loud and woke us up every morning.
