Lindos Royal Resort All Inclusive

A very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, close to shops and public transport. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was comfortable, with a nice view and all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was served as a rich buffet with a good variety and fresh products. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a future trip!

Went for a week with my partner in July. Paid for 5 star experience for 3 star at most. Everything is run down, building site, unclean, no customer service. Had to change rooms second room wasn’t much better. Staff want nothing to do with you. Rotten smell on beach. Food average. Water situation strange. Construction site, bad health and safety with broken tiles and wall. No ice creams or food through the day which is strange for 5 star all inclusive only burgers and chips in afternoon buffet is closed most of time except short windows. Sea food is awful. No staff asking if you need drink or food. Only two bars not three as advertised and one resident with 3 set menus which were awful. I’m overall very disappointed for the amount we paid. We have been to cheaper 3 star resets that are better. Currently going through Love holiday to get some money back.

For the price I wouldn’t even bother staying here again. Location and views are amazing. A run down old resort in need to major renovations. For the price stay elsewhere. Our air conditioning didn’t work to get any kind of assistance it took call after call. A trip to the reception desk. The staff had no idea. There solution was to give me a fan. My children were sitting in a sauna sweating. Not acceptable. I had to beg to get someone to look at the air conditioning. The pool closes at 6 pm ridiculous. In the heat you can’t even swim.
