Lion Hotel

We accidentally ordered a double bed and luckily could change it to twin beds at the reception .The man behind the reception is very friendly and helpful .The food is tasty and there's beer and wine on tap .A tip they are very ( too ) fast to clear the tables and you are better leaving someone at the table while you go get drinks ect otherwise they will have cleared the table before you get back. Watch out for the seagulls that swoop down to pinch your food .I fed a few stray cats while there that wander outside in the restaurant .The restaurant staff don't smile much so not sure if they like their job .same goes for the woman at the money exchange counter . Kan be a bit noisy outside when the all inclusive hotel round the back is having a party night .

ADVANTAGES Service excellent, very clean, food fresh and quite varied. FAILURES are poor air conditioning performance on warm days and blocked unused sunbeds - guests' fault but no response to this. ATTENTION TO STAFF: please hang signs saying you need to rinse your body before entering the pool.

we stayed here for a week at the end of august. The elevator was working, food was tasty and there were always enough tables during breakfast and dinner. what I did not like I wanted to drink tea during dinner. they just say no and don't even try to get customer satisfaction. no slippers in the room and we were given shampoo and shower gel only once in the beginning of our stay. As a young couple we are quite easygoing and not making big deal out of small things. that is why enjoyed our stay😊
