Poor room condition. I have been coming back and forth for over 7 years for my job and it is always a gamble with the room quality. Either I get a cold room or a complete sauna temp in the room with a broken A/C. Also I have only experienced a handful of times hot water at this hotel. Asked for a room replacement, was told to wait for a technician to come and check about 30+mins and 2 phone calls to reception and nothing happens. Went to complain directly to reception before they did something. FnB staff are great. Only good thing is it is in the middle of the city.
