I'm a project manager of 3 companies, I travel to many countries and stay in different hotels. But I've never seen a great management like in this hotel. I'm going to be honest, staying in this hotel is the best thing that happened to me in Turkey. They're very quick, respectful, responsive and helpful. Other major Hotel brands should learn from you. All love and respect to all the employees of this hotel. Keep it up and Great job 👏
The room was very nice and big. Felt luxurious. Great customer service all over the hotel, but especially from Mısra that helped me make a sweet birthday surprise for my boyfriend during our stay. There is not much in walking distance. The pool didn’t feel so relaxing or luxurious as a spa department, it felt more like a public pool.
My husband and I stayed for a week. All the staff across the whole place (front desk, restaurant, spa, cleaners) were amazing-so friendly, helpful, kind and always welcoming. Truly excellent service from Bell Captain Emre, who helped us with all of our requests-always smiling & friendly. Thank you to everyone at the Lionel for a great week.
