Our stay at the hotel was simply perfect! From the moment we walked in, the entire place smelled absolutely good — such a welcoming touch. We were also pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, just because they had availability. No extra charge, just kindness and great service. Everything was clean, cozy, and beautifully set up. Highly recommended for a special getaway!
Beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic location near nightlife, restaurants and shopping. We came in after a very long travel day to a warm welcome from the staff and delicious pastries and water in our room. Bernardo at the desk simply could not have been nicer or more accommodating - he made our stay even more enjoyable. From the soft sheets to the fluffy towels, Hotel Carmo is a gem. We’ll be back!
This hotel was wonderfully located in a very lively area of Lisbon. From the moment I arrived, they helped me store my bag while the room was getting ready. During my stay, housekeeping and front desk staff would check up on me to make sure that I was satisfied. Breakfast every morning was a delight with a spread of fruits, breads and juices. I simply cannot express how grateful I am to have stayed at this hotel. Obrigado!
