Lisboa Pessoa Hotel

One of the greatest hotel we have ever been! The staff is so helpful, especially Yure, such a nice and professional person. Excellent location in the heart of the city, and the whole facility is so elegant and classy, inspired by one of the greatest minds of the previous century such as Fernando Pessoa. They free-upgraded our room, which was wide and perfectly clean. Amazing bathroom amenities, complimentary bathrobes and slippers. The devil’s in the details though, and you can see it also from the housekeeping sign to put outside of the room, made with a beautiful canvas, so unique and original! Stunning breakfast with lots of delicious local products served on the terrace (what a breathtaking view over the city!) where they have a beautiful restaurant and the spa that unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to use, since we stayed only one night. We really look forward to come back to Lisboa Pessoa Hotel when we are going to visit Lisbon again! Congratulations to the whole staff, we had such a unique experience!

I really cannot provide a better review. Solo traveler, short sightseeing trip prior to business. The hotel is very walkable to the main sights, including sightseeing overlooks and main square. Beautiful views of the castle from the top floor bar/restaurant. Rooms are beautifully appointed, air conditioning works well, and the spa is a hidden gem. Free use of the underground small but very relaxing pool and steam room was a nice getaway from a lot of walking. Free welcome drink at the bar was lovely and allowed for soaking in the views from the rooftop. Yasoja the concierge guy was always there and always smiling, very helpful and genuinely pleased to advise, help and get to know you. The breakfast was excellent.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Europe. Great value for the price. Well appointed rooms, friendly staff, and a nice spa. It felt more like a 5*. I don’t usually request housekeeping for shorter stays but did here for restocking the included minibar. They did a great job, everything was always clean without being intrusive and moving my belongings like many hotels do. I didnt eat at the restaurant on site but the views there were nice. Good location. Gym was small but functional and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Lisbon.
