Location super convenient. It is very central and perfect to visit the city, you can walk everywhere. The room is clean and with all necessary amenities. Vanda is an amazing host always available for information and advices on restaurants, places to visit and she does her best to accommodate any request. Lisbon Downtown Inn is a great solution to enjoy the city
We had wonderful time in Lisbon Downtown Inn. - Very attentive and friendly host. Vanda, thank you for your hospitality and recommendations! - Location is in the very centre. Many cafes, shops and restaurants around. - The room was very clean, modern and cozy. We have everything we need. Fresh water and cleaning every day, coffee and cool hairdryer. - Price / quality is really good. Highly recommend this place to stay!
We asked for their email adress to fill our schengen visa application and she said "oh my god, I wont share my email adress with you, and I wont let you stay on my hotel" It is a very rude and racist approach in someway. And if you are a proper business you should have an email adress in 2025. We asked very kindly, explained why we need it but she didnt help us. They dont have a web site. They dont have an email adress, they dont have a proper customer service. Dont stay at this dodgy place.
