Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel

This is a stunning hotel, very thoughtfully designed for family and amazing for kids of all ages. The buffet restaurant is brilliant for breakfast and dinner but you need to book for dinner. The cafe has amazing cakes and pastries and the robots pottering around and a great atmosphere. The rooms are stunningly fitted out and decorated. I didn't try the slide but my daughter did several times and loved it. The lobby has six big lift and they come up and down very quickly. Our room had an amazing view of the amusement park. And the 'cage' in the room was a lot of fun. The room had bunk beds with a curtain you can pull across to separating the space. And the adult bed was comfy with a big TV. The bathroom only had a shower but it was huge and finished really well.

Not gonna lie but this was an amazing hotel to stay at. The rooms were very cool and had an interesting theme. The location was right next to the main Liseberg entrance which was time saving. They had a huge breakfast with amazingly cooked food. (My favorite was the carrot cake!!) This is probably one of the best hotels that I’ve ever been to. They have an inside ride for children which is located by the breakfast hall. P.S. they have a very tall slide in the middle of the hotel that around 20 kids gather around taking turn. It was very unexpected when I arrived but a very fun idea and experience!

Our stay at this child-friendly hotel in Gothenburg was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was thoughtfully designed with families in mind. The facilities were absolutely unreal — a perfect blend of fun, comfort, and convenience that kept both kids and adults happy throughout our stay. The play areas were vast and imaginative, offering everything from indoor slides zones to a beautiful carousel that seemed straight out of a fairy tale. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making our experience special. Every detail, from the kid-friendly dining options to the spacious family rooms, was executed flawlessly. One of the highlights was the on-site activities — crafts, games and movie nights! It was impossible for them to be bored, and for us parents, it meant we could actually relax and enjoy our time, too. I can’t recommend this hotel enough to families looking for a stress-free getaway. We made incredible memories, and we’re already planning our next trip back!
