Lithio Hotel

For the price, it’s fantastic. Clean, modern rooms and comfortable beds. This is your best value hotel. Affordable and quality. I loved the staff. They are all friendly and speak great English in comparison to my Spanish. They answered all my annoying tourist questions with a smile. One of the staff members rushed my laundry same day for no additional cost, even though I brought my laundry to them hours after the same day cut off. That was exceptional service. The breakfast buffet was exactly what I would want and no more than I could expect. The gym and pool lack but they are available. Location is nice—buses and taxis pass constantly so you can go where you want to go with ease. It’s not on the beach, but if you chose Veracruz for its beaches, you are a novice traveler. Just take a taxi to a beach if you really want to spend your time there. If you want direct beach access, a bigger pool, a nicer gym, and a broader restaurant menu—it will cost you 3x as much per night. I’m not here to hang out at the hotel, but you could do so happily. This was excellent for me.

They leave a half used roll of toilet paper, and sheets do not look washed.

I bought my room ahead of time and even called to make sure they had the specific room I reserved. I go to the hotel and they tell me that they don’t have the room I paid for. Since I purchased a Master Room I could only downgrade. Staff had no explanation why the room that I reserved and paid for ahead of time was not available. Only explanation, they sold my room. Never coming to this hotel again and would never recommend it to anyone.
