A beautiful hotel, with tastefully and elegantly furnished rooms. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast is generous and extremely refined — there’s truly something for everyone, no matter your preferences. The service is outstanding. The outdoor pool is absolutely stunning, with a dedicated pool area, restaurant, and even the option to enjoy an aperitif. There’s also an indoor pool, perfect for the winter season. We’ve been guests at this hotel for several years during our travels between Switzerland and Italy for vacation, and we will gladly keep coming back for the amazing service. Many thanks to the entire staff — and especially to Federica, the front desk manager, who always provides exceptional service.
We stayed in this hotel for five days. The hotel is simply super! It smells nice in the lobby, interesting interior, good, pleasant staff, there is a swimming pool, it was quite nice, there is a bar with less affordable prices, a chic breakfast! The location is good, there is a restaurant, sushi bar, pet store, grocery, cosmetics store, and clothing store and all this is across the street. I saved this hotel and will definitely come here more than once
Nice hotel for a short stay or stopover. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a lovely outdoor pool. Breakfast was really good — lots of fresh options! That said, beds were very hard, and the air conditioning didn’t go lower than 24°C which made sleeping uncomfortable. Drinks are super pricey (€6 for apple juice, €2 extra if you want it by the pool). We used the parking garage — worth it, as someone else had their car broken into outside. Nothing to see around the hotel — just Lidl and McDonald’s. It’s convenient if you’re passing through, but definitely not a place to stay for the atmosphere.
