Little National Hotel Canberra

What a delight! The staff were really lovely on arrival and really helped me out with extra blankets for my stay. The room was amazing, really comfortable with the best bed I've slept in for a long time. The hotel also had great spaces for working or chilling out, and snacks as well. The only criticism would be streaming Youtube to the TV was a bit fiddly to do, but following the instructions it all worked in the end.

Love this hotel - and the service raises it to another level. Loved getting a text message after my first night there asking for feedback, and had a conversation with the hotel around my pillow preferences. Sure enough, a new pillow was in my room when I returned. Loved the direct, human feedback and connection which added to the experience.

Little National is my absolute go to whenever I stay in Canberra. The location is great - nice and central, with the Parliamentary Triangle within walking or scooter distance. The service is consistently excellent, with friendly and attentive staff always available to help. The rooms may be compact but they are designed so well that they feel cozy rather than small—perfect for two people… And the bed? Hands down the comfiest I have ever experienced in a hotel. The mattress, pillows and doona make it feel like you’re sinking into a cloud. The hotel also gets the little details right. Their shower products always smell amazing and the lounge area is a lovely space to relax. The food and drinks on offer are surprisingly well priced, which is a rare and welcome find in a hotel. Little National never disappoints and I’ll keep coming back! Highly recommend!
