⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Majestic and Unforgettable Experience! My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and there simply aren’t enough words to describe how incredible everything was. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The staff was warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The facilities are stunning, with every detail carefully thought out. Our room was elegant, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view. Everything was spotless. Every corner of the hotel exudes luxury and good taste. The food was another highlight: breakfast was varied and delicious, and the dinners felt like dining at a five-star restaurant. The overall atmosphere of the hotel radiates peace, sophistication, and a touch of magic that made our stay truly special. This Oasis of an island makes you feel like you are on your own planet. Incredible Resort staff and amenities. World class food. This is a must-see. Well worth a two-night stay 3 to 4 is better... if you fly into Miami or Key West and rent a car and drive.

This was our third visit to the island and much has changed in the service and attention to details. Less staff and the training of the staff seems lacking. Our first 2 experiences were spectacular it was truly a very special place where you were treated and cared for with excellence. Unfortunately that was not our experience this time. It is truly sad because it is a beautiful location and many updates have been done after Irma that are great. Service and guest attention need to improve greatly and when it dioes it will truly be the Unique and beautiful destination we were accustomed to.
