I was so lucky to find this place - its is a beautiful modern building, the room interior is dreamy, reflective, fun and modern. At sunset, the reflection of river spills into the mirror panels of the wall. Highly recommended for a unique boutique hotel stay. The location is quiet, the river view is relaxing. At night there’s a banging Thai disco but its quite far away. Please dont expect the full facilities and services of a 4-star hotel. This hotel is an experience and homage to the river’s beauty. My last visit there was some repairs due to flood. But otherwise we have no complaints whatsoever. Only praise.

Right next to the River, this little shelter hotel offers a lot to your traveling experience. The whole City of Chiang Mai can be Explore within 20 Minutes and in the evening you can enjoy pretty amazing drinks right next to local artwork and beautiful nature. The staff is very nice, the rooms are clean and the Service is really good. Dont let the Geckos scare you, they can move really fast and also seek Shelter inside, but hey, they are cute and catch the mosquitoes - it is a hotel within pure nature, so take that in mind. I would not say it makes the stay any less comfortable, if - it's an even better experience :)
