I had an amazing stay at Litz Resort in Batumi! The hospitality was truly outstanding — the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The views from the resort were stunning, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It’s a perfect place for a family vacation, combining comfort, beauty, and excellent service. Highly recommend!
The View and location is probably the best that you will ever have in tour life Facilities are the worst Simply this hotel do no maintenance We were a big group and we had 4 rooms with defected AC and with no options..after 2 days you may change the room Room phones are not working Toilets around the hotel either doors not closing, leaking or no toilet papers Dryers are not working Food..very limited options in the buffet You have one type of glasses that you may use for water, juice and even coffee and tea House keeping..not there Conclusion: best view worst facility
We’ve been here with group of 6 people. Good view but the worst service. Waiters are very rude, can’t speak on any language we talked to them. We’ve been waiting for our food in restaurant 2 hours and everything delivered cold. I do not recommend you to visit this place except if you just want make some pictures of the view
