Liv Hotels Erciyes

Excellent experience with Liv hotel, could not be better. Got a phone call straightaway after booking, they were kind enough to arrange an airport transfer for us. I phoned to see if we can eat sonething as we were arriving late and they have prepared a full dinner for us at midnight upon artival. There is a shuttle running to the slopes throughout the whole day, Mr. Bünyamin was always friendly and helpful. The hotel is brand new and very clean with superior furniture. The crew has been super nice and hands-on, and they have been helpful with every request we made. On our last day we wanted to ski before we leave for the airport and they have arranged us late-checkout free of charge. Our room had a beautiful view of the slopes, with a ski rental room in the hotel right next door. I will be back next season and cannot wait to stay at Liv again, 10/10 for so many reasons. First of all, the hotel staff were very naive and friendly, they made us feel as if we had come to our own hotel. If the hotel were ours, if the employees were our employees, they would only know our check-out time and prepare sandwiches for us on the way. Only then, as soon as we checked in, they would send a fruit plate and a variety of our after-ski meals and drinks to our room. There is nothing else to say, you are perfect. Meanwhile; Since it is new, spa and massage treatments have not started and you can use the shuttle for your ski equipment from the next hotel.
