"Wonderful hotel and excellent location” This hotel is full of charm - both the building and the people a like. The hotel is beautiful and excellent for family stay. Art nouveau at its very best. The location is perfect; the beautiful road is on the doorstep and easy transport links yards from the entrance. They are actually newer than some new hotels as they are continuously improving their product and adding new facilities. We loved the rooms and the bathroom. Very clean and the decor in keeping with the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. I am already planning our next stay. Love the hotel and love Diyarbakır.

It’s a very old hotel, and the new management has taken over just two months ago. It felt like an abandoned hotel that they just opened for us. Everywhere was dusty, the bed linens were dusty and dirty, and although the rooms were suites, the kitchen cabinet doors were all screwed shut. Even the drawers in the bedroom were screwed shut. I was disgusted to even enter the bathroom. The only positive was the staff, who were friendly and provided good service. I don’t understand how this hotel got 4 stars.
