Love the hotel from the reception to the breakfast area. Room is bright with big window. The bed is comfy and the service is great. The room can get quite cold though. It’d be nice to be able to adjust the temperature. Great neighborhood too - lots of nice cafe and restaurants! Very happy and will be back if I come to Bogota again.
Large spacious rooms with chic decor. High pressure showers. The breakfast is decent. The price per night is great value.
I booked the junior suite. G Very good room but not as grand as in the pictures on Booking.com. I asked about it in the lobby and was told it was a mistake by Booking.com. According to SHG, Booking titled the pictures wrong. The bed was really good and comfortable. The TV had all main streaming media. The breakfast was good. The bathroom was clean and nice. If I were to book again I would go for the deluxe room instead of the junior suite. The only difference between those two is a kitchen.
