Liva Suite Hotel

The hotel is small and so are the rooms. The location is good with walking distance to Taksim and Istiklal street. The whole building is old and needs maintenance,room is small and needs some love. Staff are friendly and helpful. For staying one night here is alright

I put well-deserved 3 stars, the room has a kitchen (2 burners, a kettle and a microwave), but from the dishes only a moldy frying pan (photo) disposable slippers are not new, wall pano (photo) no insects p.s. there were a lot of mosquitoes from the ventilation and one beetle in bed. the ventilation was plugged with a pillow and there were no more excesses

NO! NO! NO! Don’t do it, don’t reserve and save your holiday! We done big mistake. 5 nights in this mess, smell, dirty, disgusting “hotel”! From first minute there I known is wrong😖 but we already reserved and paid from booking. We paid for little bit more expensive biggest room- it was somewhere in basement, smell like someone just finished cigarette and died there, open window is for nothing because inside window is a lot of cigarettes, no fresh air, air conditioning not working, walls are modly, ..sopha extremely dirty 🤢 fridge has broke, open freezer, we paid for “kitchen” in room but there is not even glass or spoon.. everywhere’s small insects, I couldn’t fallen asleep when I known which mess is there.. we were there like in cave without light.. Receptionist HORRIBLE, slowly mind, impolite, even not say “hi” he promised us changed this room to some different with light and fresh air, first day he said we dont have free room but will be tomorrow, next day he said same “we don’t have, tomorrow “ after he didn’t talk to us at all.. i HATE this place never never again!!! We tought about go to different hotel every minute there, but we didnt want to give them “money for nothing”. We contacted booking, they were so sorry, tried to call this hotel but they even not pick up!! Horrible experience.. next time we will be more careful
