The customer service offered here is outstanding. The hotel staff went beyond their expectations to make our stay memorable. If you guys get the opportunity to be served by the pool side staff Luis, Cesar and Fernando i promise you will go back many times more. They truly take pride in their work and make sure you are truly having a great experience. Another person who was extremely friendly and helpful specially after the sunny days and all the drinking was the person serving green smoothies at the breakfast buffet. He had a drink for every need you had! But in general everyone was very friendly and full of joy which was super contagious! I will definitely be going back!

John was absolutely incredible! His service at the Live Aqua restaurant was top-tier, attentive, kind, and always with a smile. He made amazing recommendations, and everything he suggested was delicious. You can tell he truly cares about the guest experience. The food was phenomenal, but John’s hospitality made it unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back thanks to him!

Beautiful hotel. Great location and Beach access. Breakfast buffet is good. MB and Azure were our favorite restaurants. Pool servers are awesome! Rooms are extremely clean. Lots of fun activities- staff make it very enjoyable. Only cons, Pool temps are not controlled so after noon, the water is very hot, making it difficult to enjoy the larger pools. Only heat controlled pool is a small swim up bar pool.
