From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for an outstanding stay. The valet service was prompt and professional, and the innovative text service allowed me to request my car in advance, ensuring it was ready when I needed it. Very safe for any solo travelers out there. The hotel's ambiance was inviting, and the staff consistently attentive. My room was immaculate and spacious, featuring a well-stocked mini bar (note: items are not complimentary). The cleanliness and comfort exceeded my expectations. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the outdoor spaces provided a pleasant retreat. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Excellent experience. The room was very clean and functional. The restaurant had a great breakfast. Parking was convenient. Staff was helpful. It was the best hotel experience I’ve had in the USA in years. For sure the best in St. Louis!

Just walking into the lobby you will notice a wonderful smell. And then you are greeted with ice water and cups. Our breakfasts were delicious and the menu choices were plentiful. I loved the comfy beds and pillows. The bathroom was large and had a lighted make-up mirror. Location is wonderful if you are going to a ball game. Steps away from Busch Stadium. And there are many great restaurants in Ball Park Village right next to the hotel.
