Live Casino & Hotel Philadelphia

Great spot to stay if you’re seeing a concert or game at either venue (Lincoln Financial Field or Citizens Bank Park). Nice to avoid traffic. We saw a concert and it was amazing to just walk back to our room. Room was clean, staff friendly. Casino was small and a bit more cigarette smoke than I’m used to at other casinos, but enough gaming to entertain if you want to play. A few small shops in the casino, easy to get to and not far from downtown Philly.

Beautiful hotel, I had a great time, but, I would give give them all 5 stars except for a few things! The smoke in there is just too much!! It should have none at all allowed inside with a designated area for smoking outside. That would definitely keep me from visiting again. Food wasn't that great either...Asian restaurant was ok and steak house mediocre and... they need bigger desk and more staff for check in or kiosks for check in.

There was $50 parking at the casino today. I asked 3 people how to properly get refunded for that. Gary here would not validate my parking over 23 cents because of tax. I was told to spend 25$ at the food court. This manager made sure I wasted my time after I gambled for hours to go spend $4 on a soda bc I wasn’t in the guidelines because of 23 cents. What kind of manager doesn’t accommodate a customer for 23 cents after spending the required $25 at the food court. Gary, learn to accommodate people for not only my money for parking but my time. I came to you seeing if I could just pay you but instead I had to walk around the casino AGAIN. I don’t leave bad reviews but he definitely made me feel less than. Do better. Even if you couldn’t void the 23 cents make me feel better about where I’m spending my money. Everyone else was amazing and accommodating. Do better management. I will not be returning.
