This place is AWFUL! Roach infestation. Nasty and highly immature staff; this is confirmed by their need to jump on every comment that sheds light on their incompetence rather than fixing the issue. It was selected out of (what we thought) convenience, yet MONTHS after leaving, we're still dealing with the repercussions of such "convenience". We had to throw all our the appliances brought into that place away; ROACHES. IDK whats going on with the quality of the water, but my skin took over a month to replenish after leaving. I pray for people who had/have no other choice, resorting to staying there.

Run by kids no customer service. They're ALWAYS in your room. They turn the water off a few days a week from like 9-5. Rude to say the least. Better extended stay across the street. Spend your money somewhere else for good customer service, water and PRIVACY. I never do reviews but this had to be said. Wow I glanced down at the other reviews and I saw their response to other customers. Exactly the type of smart mouths you get if you go to the office with a simple complaint. Quick to say "you can always leave" My thoughts exactly...nicer place across the street

I just spoke with the manager and the front desk agent. very rude very disrespectful, the phone call should have been recorded and something needs to be done! beyond disgusting behavior! The foreign speaking manager was very unprofessional while another guest spoke of her being seen “escorting minor girls” within the premises. I hope there will be a full investigation!!!
