The hotel is wonderful. The location is great—by taxi we could quickly get to all the places we needed. There are also all the necessary shops, restaurants, and malls right next to the hotel. The staff are top-notch! Friendly, smiling, and polite, they helped with every question that came up. The woman at reception even gave me instructions in my native language at check-in, which was very sweet :) The room was spotless—there was excellent cleaning every day with fresh supplies as needed! Breakfast was outstanding! I highly recommend it. There was always a wide variety of food, and I always left full and satisfied. If I come to Beijing again, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

The hotel was way better than I expected, the comfort room was a bit smaller than I thought it would be but still great for one person. Fully equipped room with a washing machine which helped a lot cause I sweat through half of my outfits. There’s a lot of free services and all the staff members are kind and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great area, close to all the necessary things.

Can not recommend this hotel !!! My wallet has been stolen from my room. There are no safes in the hotel rooms!!!! I reported the incident at 11 PM it took the manager until 9 AM the next morning. At 11 AM police was called with no helpful result. All my credit cards, driver license and ID has been stolen. Had to block all my cards. No late checkout, water, food, no refund, nor helpful assistance has been offered. Absolutely not a place were international tourist should stay. Hotel competition in Beijing is very high so I warmly recommend to choose well known hotel chains where entire staff is capable of understanding needs of international guests. I am literally stuck without the possibility to pay for even a bottle of water. I have been traveling to China for years and have never experienced such poor service. For those who choose the hotel based on its pool: the pool is very small and contains too much chlorine. My travel companion and I immediately felt itchy skin after swimming.
