Whilst in Istanbul receiving dental treatment, I was fortunate enough to reside here for a week. The location was great for me as the dental clinic was nearby. The hotel services which include a spa and restaurant were very nice. The staff were great - their languages included English, Arabic, Turkish and possibly more. Which helped me with communication as English is the only language I speak and understand. Thank you all. 😁👍
The best hotel with the best service! My friend got so drunk and the hotel was so nice helping me out taking care of my friend. The excellent counter I believe the manager ECEVIT/F.O.MNG. is so kind and full of passion. Five stars! If it possible I will give six stars!
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionist, Idris, was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the entire stay unpleasant. Such behavior is unacceptable in any hospitality setting. I would not recommend this hotel and strongly suggest looking elsewhere for better service.
