Very impressed with the location of this establishment as well as our room. Front door is accessible by using an assigned code. Along with the door code, the hotel also has a security guard manning the lobby area by the front doors 24/7. Building is easy to navigate, and elevators are available as well as stairs. The overall hotel is a bit dated, but that is what adds to its allure. The rooftop patio contains a well-maintained pool as well as deck chairs and grills for guests’ usage. Located on the twelfth floor, our room did not disappoint. The kitchen contains all of the essentials needed, which include a full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, along with dishes and silverware. A standing bar separated the kitchen and living area. Large windows were great for providing natural light and la view over the city at night. Comfortable furniture made our stay relaxing, which included a flatscreen television for unwinding in the evenings. The two bedrooms were incredibly spacious and afforded us with much needed sleep after long days of playing tourists. Each room had its own attached bathroom and walk in closet. A ceiling fan, large bed, and flatscreen televisions were situated in both rooms. High ceilings throughout our accommodations added class and style. Definitely recommend lodging here if given the opportunity when staying in New Orleans. Hotel is located within walking distance to the French Quarter.

I had an amazing stay . the hotel was clean & comfortable . The building it’s self was safe and secure with a personalized code to get in and out your room and the hotel. Both security officers were amazing they welcome me every single time I walked in the door . It was a nice and quiet environment. The best thing is we were a 5 min walk from bourbon street … EVERYTHING IS AROUND THE AREA . Grocery store , gas station , convenient store , etc … I will definitely book again .

Be prepared to live in a beautiful looking HELL!!! Pros - rooms are big, new, bed is new so very comfy and firm. Rooms are new so fairly clean. Cons - the whole building, YES the whole building including each floor, elevators, smells like dog poop masked with cleaners. They need to use Vinegar, Baking Soda and Borax. You will NOT receive service here. If you are expecting anything, (extra towels, dishes, basic essentials,) keep in mind room is not equipped. It will take forever for you to receive anything at all. ROAMI is terrible at service. They are so nice on the phone when you talk to operators but at the hotel/service level, you will get nothing. It’s frustrating and absolutely terrible. Needless to say I will not stay here again.
