This is by far my favourite hotel in Bangkok! I travel to bkk regularly and this is my first time staying at this hotel. Location is good, 7-11 nearby along the street. I upgraded my room and I absolutely love it; kitchen, washing machine and balcony. They even prepare a birthday card and cake for me. Thank you!
This is my second time choosing to stay at the Livsen Hotel because the first time I had a great experience. The service is still excellent as always. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel around 3am. The staff checked us in quickly and we got our room in no time. And when I came down the next day, I found YIM which made me even more impressed. She still greeted me, smiled and asked about my stay just like every other time I have stayed!! >
I liked the hotel and was lucky to be there during their 2nd year anniversary. The hotel staff are very kind. Location is great. Rooms are wide enough. However, bed was not comfortable. I understand that this is a Japanese stile beds, but still was not comfortable for us. Although location is close to main areas and city center, but it was noisy and sleeping was difficult after sunrise. Rooms are clean and service is excellent.
