Staff is the best! We spent 5 days at the e resort. The location was great, near Jan Thiel Beach and there is a supermarket at 1min walk. The resort is in general clean and well distributed, same with the rooms. The food was varied and delicious, the omelet my favorite. The friendly staff helped me to organize the room for my wife’s birthday. It was a wonderful help! The give you clean towels everyday. It was a great time for our vacations!

Busy but okish. Service app works partly. There is little to no response in the app. Why would people clean the pool wall with detergent while people are swimming? Clean a pool when people left in the evening with detergent, that is flushed out overnight. I also suggest you not only clean better in the park but also just on the other side of the fence surrounding the resort. It starts to look like a dumpster. Compare the entrance of Papagayo with your back entrance. Last but not least, when you overcharge people, pay them back as you promised.

Check in is at 4, room was not available until 5. Counter understaffed. Horrible restaurant, deep freeze ready made pizza base should be illegal. Bbq and green egg not cleaned in 1000 years. Their beach Jan Thiel is full of m'as tu vu people, nowhere a quite spot to sit and relax in the sand (hate those beds), nor can you bring a bottle of water, a necessity if you snorkel a lot. About the rooms: since they have a every 3 day cleaning policy, shower glass is full of calcium stains. No master kill switch, no sensors in the doors to stop airco. Nespresso and thee available, but surprise , no milk. All those little things convince me that management is a disaster, so i really dont blame the regular employees, As a Marriott platinum and Radisson vip member, i know a lot about customer satisfaction and so they failed big time. Just spend some days at Marriott beach resort in Willemstad and i thought , lets spend some days at the eastern part of Curaçao, but that was a great mistake.
