Livì Family Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Livì - Mountain Hotel for Family & Friends, and I must say, it exceeded our expectations in many ways. The facilities were fantastic! One standout feature was the babysitting service, which allowed us some much-needed downtime while knowing our little ones were well cared for. Additionally, the hotel offers a laundry service where the staff washed and dried our clothes for a very reasonable cost, delivering them right to our room. This was incredibly convenient for a family traveling with young children. The children's playroom was spacious and cozy, providing a perfect environment for our kids to have fun and socialize. I also appreciated the menu options—affordable and specifically tailored to meet children's tastes and needs, making mealtime enjoyable for everyone. The owner of the hotel was consistently respectful and polite, always willing to assist and provide any necessary information. I had a specific request regarding heating in our room, especially since we were traveling with two small children under the age of four. Given that outside temperatures dropped to -16°C overnight, we wanted our room a bit warmer. While they mentioned that the temperature could not exceed 22°C, I appreciated their willingness to accommodate our needs as much as possible. The location of Livì is outstanding, being conveniently close to the ski lifts, making it ideal for a family ski trip. Overall, our experience at Livì was wonderful, and I highly recommend it for families looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay in the mountains. We will definitely be back!

Spent a week in this cosy hotel. I would definitely visit again. The rooms were clean and well-managed. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The food was amazing, the restaurant always opened on time. The ski gear storage room had enough space for a couple of pairs of skis/room, and had locks and ski boot warmers.

The level of a low-average three-star hotel. Non-functional equipment in the room (kettle, lights, hairdryer). Electrical circuit breakers freely accessible above the child's bed. Furniture and equipment from the hotel made of low-cost materials. When we arrived for dinner and breakfast a little later, practically half of the food was gone. The argument of the waiter, who spoke very poorly in English, was that is because more people in the hotel. He could not advise on the choice of wine with the argument that he does not drink wine. Food at dinner below average, often could not be eaten. Zero variety of food. We couldn't get in touch with the owner because the receptionist handled everything for the owner and that's it. We go to Livigno every year for many years, this hotel is by far the worst of the four-star category.
