Absolutely terrible stay – never again. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The service was shockingly bad – staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed to care very little about guests. To make things worse, the place was extremely noisy with swarms of kids running around everywhere, yelling in the halls. Definitely not a relaxing or comfortable environment. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness, peace, or basic hospitality.👎🏻 Very disappointed

My recent stay at the Lixus beach resort in Larache Morocco was an unmitigated disaster. The customer service was really bad, with staff displaying a blatant disregard for guests' needs and concerns. The attitude was one of indifference, as if they were doing us a favor by allowing us to stay. It’s an overpriced and underdelivering place, as the quality of the resort was laughably poor, especially considering the exorbitant prices they charge. The all-inclusive buffet was a joke, like food cooked at the cheapest restaurants. Lack of oversight meant kids were allowed to touch food on display, creating an unsanitary environment. I've stayed at lower-grade hotels previously with better-quality all-inclusive options. Pool Area a Health Hazard: The pool area was a nightmare. The water was filthy, and the slippery bottom and floors posed a significant safety risk. I witnessed multiple incidents of guests, including children, slipping and falling. It's shocking that the resort doesn't take basic safety precautions seriously. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this resort to my worst enemy. Even at half the price, I wouldn't consider returning. The resort's failure to provide a safe, clean, and respectful environment for guests is inexcusable. Save your money and avoid this place.
