The best hotel in Pattaya. Great spacious rooms. Nice swimming pool, Gym, Sauna. Located in Central Pattaya where all the fun is. Can strongly recommend this place!

My friend has rented a large condo here for a month, the room is spacious and nicely furnished. He also gets daily housekeeping visits. But and it's a big but. There is little or no security in his building. The security guard leaves the barriers up all the time and doesn't challenge anybody. It's possible to walk across the campus and into my friends building, use the lifts and arrive at his door without even a key card

The price-quality ratio is good, but the hotel has aged badly because nothing has been changed since it opened. I have come here several times in 10 years. For me the gym is important when i choose hotel. And i can say that they are not focus on taking care of the place… There are simple little things that could be done. Like for example the curtains in the gym. The ones in front of the treadmills. The one on the right has been broken for at least 7 years!!! And the one on the left for over 4 years!!! It completely blocks the view outside while you walk. At the gym I spoke with different owners because yes, LK LEGEND was originally not a hotel but a residence! Several told me that they reported this problem to the office located in building A and I find it astounding that nothing was done. It must not cost very much to replace!!! There is also a missing remote control for one of the air conditioners. Also, security! Almost every night when I came home late at night, the guard was asleep and the 2 doors were wide open. Thailand is a safe country but still. It was not like this before. I stayed this time for 38 days but I do not think I will go back.
