I've been here three times for a total of 10 weeks, and my fourth stay is already booked. The location is perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very extensive, with hot and cold options. Everyone will find something delicious here. The rooms are a little dated. The mattresses are perfect. Everything is super clean and works, including the smart TV and air conditioning. You should avoid getting a room on the north side (Mike Shopping Mall). It's very noisy there at night. I'm already looking forward to my next stay. A question for the hotel team: My booking states that the rooms are only cleaned every other day. Is that true?
I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Yaya, who truly stood out with her exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her hospitality made a big difference and really added a personal touch to my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The amenities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the area
4 Star based on location. Everything else was awesome, but it is just in the middle of nowhere. I mean, I walk. A lot. Like 20 miles daily while on Vacay. However this place would just not exist but for Grab. Stayed during the soft opening, so everything was pristine and like “plastic film on” quality in terms of the mini fridge and such. Staff was warm and welcoming. The aesthetic is very “Little Moscow” and is clearly catering to its target client base, ownership, or both. Garish would not be an overly harsh descriptor. Pool and patio around that is a high point. Was going local, so did not try the cuisine on site, but I’m assuming Caviar or at least Sturgeon Row features prominently on the Menu.
