At first, I read recent reviews and felt very nervous about my upcoming stay here. But on arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and what’s the most important- clean ( it was cleaned daily). The stuff was very friendly and attentive - during our meals in the dining room, they would promptly clear away dirty plates from the table. One time, when I accidentally spilled something on my skirt, a hotel staff member noticed it and brought me wet wipes to clean the stain — even though I hadn’t asked for any help. I was genuinely touched by this gesture. The beach was about a 5-minute walk away. There was also a swimming pool, although not very big. Another one, which was supposed to be on the rooftop, was closed. Meals: quite abundant, although not extremely varied. Pasta or rice, some fish, chicken, desserts for dinner, pastries for breakfast, some vegetables and fruits. Always eggs for breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't serve coffee or tea for dinner - only water and very diluted juice (so I was very thirsty). But in the morning, coffee machines were always on, and drinks were tasty. In general, I really liked the hotel and would like to come back one day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and so helpful with anything we needed. The hotel itself is spotless – the rooms were super clean and comfortable, and everything felt really well looked after. The pool area was lovely, perfect for relaxing, and the atmosphere was great with lots of friendly people around. One of the mornings we had breakfast at the hotel and it was really good – fresh, tasty, and a great start to the day. The location is also a big plus – just a 6-minute walk to the beach, which was super convenient. I honestly couldn’t fault anything and would definitely come back. Highly recommend! and eli who worked there was amazing as two young girls in a new country she really helped us get around and feel safe so thankyou!

Extremely Disappointing – Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel and was completely shocked by the low quality of service, cleanliness, and food. This place is nowhere near a 4-star standard – in fact, it wouldn’t even qualify as a decent 1-star hotel. The rooms were dirty, the furniture was old, creaky, and falling apart. Nothing felt clean or maintained. The overall condition of the hotel was simply unacceptable. The restaurant was even worse. The food was absolutely terrible. The only fish offered was the cheapest kind, with a strong unpleasant smell. The chicken breast was overcooked and dry, while the chicken wings were burnt black, still with feathers and hair. Fruits consisted of hard, green pears that were impossible to eat. Vegetables? Just frozen cucumbers and tasteless green tomatoes. And this was in Spain, in the summer, when fresh produce is available everywhere. Drinks? Only watery artificial juice and tap water. On several evenings, there was no drinking water at all. When my child asked a staff member where we could get some water, the shocking answer was: “In the toilet.” Unbelievable for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars! The dishes and cups were greasy and dirty, and there were no clean mugs available at breakfast. The tables were sticky and left uncleaned for long periods. This hotel was a huge disappointment. I strongly do not recommend staying here. You deserve better, especially in such a beautiful country with so many wonderful options.
